I've made a set of four Sack Back Windsor chairs out of Oak stock which has been air drying indoors for some 12 years. The seats are made from crazy catspaw Oak, and I managed to cut out four seats which complement each other really well. The simpler shapes of the legs and stretchers show off the natural grain and medullar rays of the Oak to best effect. They are for sale only as a set of four for £2200 collected. Delivery may also be possible to many parts of the UK.
